About Our Lamb
Wholesome and Natural
Our lambs are from Saxon Merino ewes sired by Ile de France and Corriedale rams. The crossing of breeds ensures vigorous and healthy offspring.
The sheep are never fed antibiotics or hormones; they are as pure as nature made them.
We treat our sheep as the special beings they are and we respect the land that sustains them. In Summer the sheep graze 100 acres of lush native grasses and in Winter we feed them local hay cut on the farm.

Our lamb is fresh weekly and processed in USDA and New York State inspected facilities. The lamb is fast frozen and shipped via UPS in an insulated box.
Upon checkout we will add the cost of the insulated box plus the UPS shipping cost to what items you purchased, email you an invoice and request payment by PayPal.
