Fresh lamb and mutton, raised on  pasture an hour north of New York City, are available every week from the Catskill Merino Sheep Farm. Please contact me to order and make arrangements for pick-up or delivery.

The sheep graze from April through November. They overwinter on grass hay that is harvested at the farm; during the colder months, they are supplemented with whole grains that are antibiotic and hormone free.
