Almost every part of Monet's sketch has a red or reddish tint to it. With a few shades Monet makes you feel that you see more colors. This is Impressionist painting.

Our Saxon Merino wool is custom spun into a sport weight 2 ply yarn at the Green Mountain Spinnery; the yarn is uniquely hand-dyed at the farm in small, limited-edition dye lots. 

Hand-dyed yarn usually has color variation, yet the yarn you select will be from the same dye lot.
